fa بررسی اختلالات افسردگی و شناختی سالمندان و ارتباط آنها با یکدیگر تخصصي Special پژوهشي اصیل Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>هدف</strong>: هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی اختلالات شناختی و افسردگی در سالمندان ساکن و غیرساکن سرای سالمندان، ارتباط میان این دو اختلال، مقایسه عوامل فوق در دو گروه مزبور ، و در نهایت مقایسه این عوامل در دو گروه زنان و مردان سرای سالمندان می باشد .<br> <strong>روش</strong>: برای بررسی سلامت شناختی و افسردگی 120 سالمند شرکت کننده در مطالعه، از دو پرسشنامه بررسی سلامت شناختی و مقیاس افسردگی سالمندان استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: یافته ها نشان دادند که افسردگی و اختلال شناختی شایعترین اختلالات سالمندان مقیم سرای سالمندان هستند و بین این دو اختلال ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد. میزان اختلال شناختی و افسردگی زنان نیز بیش از مردان گزارش شد.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: شیوع اختلالات روان پزشکی در سالمندان مقیم سرای سالمندان بیش از سالمندان خارج از این مراکز میباشد که علت آن احتمالاً ناهمگونی جامعه سالمند این مراکز و نیز عوامل استرسزای مختلف است.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Objective</strong>: The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between cognitive disorders and depression in the elderly residing or not residing in care homes, the correlation between these two disorders, the comparison of the above factors in the mentioned groups, and ultimately, the comparison of these factors between male and female groups in care homes.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The Mini Mental State Examination and the Geriatric Depression Scale were used to evaluate cognitive disorders and depression in 120 elderly individuals.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Results indicated that depression and cognitive disorders are the most prevalent disorders among the elderly residing in care homes, and that there is significant relationship between these two disorders.
