other اختلالات حافظه در زنان مبتال به اسکلروز چندگانه: شواهدی از آزمون حافظه ی آینده نگر/گذشته نگر تخصصي Special پژوهشي اصیل Research <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اختلال انواع حافظه در بیماری اسکلروز چندگانه است. <span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>روش: </strong>طرح پژوهش از نوع علی مقایسه ای است که دو گروه زنان مبتلا به بیماری اسکلروز چندگانه و زنان طرح پژوهش از نوع عل ســالم را مقایسه کرده است. بدین منظور، در پاییز و زمستان 1393، از انجمن های ام. اس. شهرهای تبریز و تهران25 بیمار مبتلا به ام. اس. به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس به عنوان گروه مورد و 25 زن بدون ســابقه ی ابتلا به اختلالات یا بیماری های مزمن جســمی و نورولوژیکی، روان پزشکی یا روان شناختی، پس از همتاسازی با گروه مورد، از جمعیت عمومی انتخاب شدند و به پرسش نامه ی حافظه ی آینده نگر / گذشته نگر (<span dir="LTR">PRMQ) </span>پاسخ دادند. اطلاعات به دست آمده با تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری (<span dir="LTR">MANOVA) </span>تجزیه و تحلیل شــد. <span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج نشان دادند که خطاهای حافظه ی گزارش شده از بیماران مبتلا به ام . اس بیشتر از افراد سالم است. <span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> یافته های این پژوهش تلویحات کاربردی بسیاری برای بیماران مبتلا به ام . اس . خانواده های آنها و به خصوص درمانگران این بیماران دارد.<span dir="LTR"></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of the present study was to examine the memory types&rsquo; disorders in multiple sclerosis.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The research design is causal- comparative method in which two groups (females with multiple sclerosis and healthy females) are compared. For this purpose, 25 MS patients from MS Society of Tabriz and Tehran were selected by convenient sampling in autumn and winter 2014 as the case group, and 25 females with no history of chronic mental and neurological, psychiatric or psy- chological diseases or disorders, by matching with the case group, among the general population, and they completed the prospective/retrospective memory questionnaire (PRMQ).
