other شیوع اختلال بیش‌فعالی – کم‌توجهی در گروهی از دانشجویان تخصصي Special پژوهشي اصیل Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><strong>هدف:</strong> اختلال بیش‌فعالی- کم‌توجهی <span dir="LTR">(ADHD)</span>&nbsp;در بزرگسالان به عنوان یک بیماری مهم، روز به روز بیشتر&nbsp; شناخته می‌شود، با این حال شیوع و عوارض آن در دانشجویان کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه توصیفی، تخمین شیوع آن در گروهی از دانشجویان ایرانی می‌باشد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی است و در آن ۴۰۹ نفر از دانشجویان خوابگاه فاطمه الزهرا (دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی) از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بعد از کنار گذاشتن ۱۶۵ نفر (بر اساس معیارهای خروج از مطالعه)، بقیه بر طبق پرسشنامه اختلال بیش‌فعالی- کم‌توجهی کانرز که از نوع خود گزارشگری است بررسی شدند. داده‌ها با آزمون‌های کای دو و فیشر بررسی شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> شیوع <span dir="LTR">(ADHD)</span> در جمعیت مورد مطالعه ۳/۷% به دست آمد (بر اساس شاخص بیش‌فعالی <span dir="LTR">&ndash;</span> کم‌توجهی) که بیشترین فراوانی (%۷/۸) به زیر مقیاس <span dir="LTR">B</span> (بیش‌فعالی-بی‌قراری) و کمترین فراوانی (%۲) به زیر مقیاس <span dir="LTR">D</span> (مشکلات تصور کلی از فرد) و زیر مقیاس <span dir="LTR">A</span> (کم‌توجهی-مشکل حافظه) مربوط بود. در گروه <span dir="LTR">(ADHD)</span>، میزان بالاتری از سابقه اختلال روانپزشکی و همچنین سابقه مصرف داروهای روانپزشکی وجود داشت.<br> <strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> به نظر می‌رسد که غربالگری دانشجویان دارای این اختلال و نیز بررسی بیشتر و معرفی آنها به روانپزشک به منظور درمان ضروری باشد تا از این طریق به بهبود عملکرد و روابط آنها کمک شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: left; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13.33px; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong>Objective:</strong> Attention - deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has been increasingly recognized as a valid adult diagnosis.
