other رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و تکانشگری با میزان وابستگی نیکوتین در افراد سیگاری Personality and Impulsivity Traits in Smokers With Regard to Degree of Nicotine Dependence تخصصي Special پژوهشي اصیل Research هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی و تکانشگری با میزان وابستگی به نیکوتین در افراد سیگاری انجام شد.  روش: ۸۹ دانشجو پزشکی پسر شامل ۳۰ دانشجو غیر سیگاری و ۵۹ دانشجو سیگاری در مطالعه شرکت کردند. دانشجویان سیگاری با توجه به نمره پرسشنامه تحمل نیکوتین به دو دسته با وابستگی زیاد به نیکوتین (۲۲ نفر) و با وابستگی کم به نیکوتین (۳۷ نفر) تقسیم و سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه هایی چون پرسشنامه افسردگی بک، معیار اضطراب کتل، پرسشنامه سرشت و منش کلونینجر، پرسشنامه تکانشگری آیزنک، پرسشنامه تکانشگری بارت، پرسشنامه حس جویی زاکرمن و آزمون های رفتاری چون آزمون کاهش ارزش تعویقی و آزمون خطرپذیری بادکنکی ارزیابی شدند.  یافته ها: سه گروه آزمودنی در نمرات افسردگی (p<۰/۰۵(، تکانشگری حرکتی (P<۰/۰۵)، مخاطره جویی (p<۰/۰۱(، تکانشـگری (p<۰/۰۵(، حس جویی (p<۰/۰۱(، ماجراجویی (p<۰/۰۱)، تجربه جویی (p<۰/۰۱)، رفتارهای کنترل نشده(p<۰/۰۱)، نوجـویی (p<۰/۰۱(، فقـدان پشـتکار (p<۰/۰۵) و فقدان خودراهبری (p<۰/۰۵) اختلاف معنی داری داشتند. همچنین افراد سیگاری با وابستگی زیاد در مقایسه با گروه غیر سیگاری ها کاهش ارزش تعویقی سریع تری را نشان دادند.  نتیجه گیری: عواملی چون نمرات افسردگی، تکانشگری حرکتی، مخاطره جویی، تکانشگری حس جویی، ماجراجویی، تجربه جویی، رفتارهای کنترل نشده، نوجویی، فقدان پشتکار و فقدان خود راهبری نقش موثری در پیش بینی وابستگی زیاد افراد به سیگار داشتند. سه عامل مخاطره جویی، حس جویی و رفتارهای کنترل نشده نیز نقش مهمی در پیش بینی وابستگی کم افراد به سیگار ایفا می کردند.   <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">Objective: According to the orbitofrontal dysfunction theory, tobacco use is associated with particular character traits including extraversion, impulsivity, risk taking, sensation seeking and monotony avoidance, novelty seeking and psychopathic and antisocial personality.<br style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13.33px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;" > <span style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">Furthermore, impulsivity is often explained in terms of delay discounting; the tendency to choose smaller, relatively immediate rewards over larger but more delayed rewards.<br style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 13.33px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;" > <span style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;">Method: A total number of 89 male medical students including 30 non-smokers and 59 smokers participated in this study. Using the modified Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (mFTQ) the smokers were then classified into two groups: students with high nicotine dependence including 22 subjects and students with low nicotine dependence including 37 subjects.
