other پایایی و روایی آزمون انتظارات و پرسش‌نامه رفتار اجتماعی در نمونه‌ای از کودکان و نوجوانان ایرانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي اصیل Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="font-family: tahoma;"><strong>هدف:</strong> در این مطالعه روایی و پایایی آزمون انتظارات و پرسش‌نامه رفتار اجتماعی در دو نمونه بالینی و غیربالینی از کودکان و نوجوانان سنجیده شد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> پس از ترجمه (مستقیم و معکوس) پرسش‌نامه رفتار اجتماعی و تعیین روایی صوری ترجمه، روایی و پایایی آزمون انتظارات (آزمون تصویری) و پرسش‌نامه رفتار اجتماعی با توجه به شاخص‌های بین‌فرهنگی سنجیده شد. آزمودنی‌های این پژوهش ۵۴ نفر در فاصله سنی ۱۷-۴ سال&nbsp; بودند که ۲۸ نفر آنها از مراجعان متوالی به درمانگاه کودک و نوجوان بیمارستان روزبه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و ۲۶ نفر از مراجعان متوالی به درمانگاه دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران انتخاب شدند. کلیه مراجعان به‌وسیله فوق‌تخصص روانپزشکی کودک و نوجوان معاینه شدند. سپس تشخیص‌ها به‌کمک نتایج (<span dir="LTR">K-SADS</span>) تأیید شد. پرسش‌نامه رفتار اجتماعی به‌وسیله والد تکمیل و آزمون انتظارات برای کودک اجرا شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> در اکثر موارد مربوط به آزمون انتظارات، پایایی میان آزمونگران، &alpha; بالاتر از ۹ را نشان داد. در اکثر نمرات و شاخص‌های مربوطه حساسیت هر دو آزمون پایین بود، اما ویژگی برخی شاخص‌ها در هر دو مورد بسیار خوب (۸۰ درصد و بالاتر) به‌دست آمد. ارتباط برخی نمرات و شاخص‌های هر دو آزمون بسته به نوع اختلال روانپزشکی در هر یک از گروه‌ها چشمگیر بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> حساسیت هر دو پرسش‌نامه برای کشف سوابق کودک آزاری جنسی و جسمی، خشونت خانوادگی و استرس پس از رویداد آسیب‌زا کم بود. بررسی و تحقیق در مورد عوامل فرهنگی مؤثر در برداشت و تفسیر کودکان از رویدادهای آزاردهنده و آسیب‌زا و ارتباط آنها با ابزارهای استفاده شده ضروری می‌باشد.&nbsp; </span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12px;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong>Objective:</strong> In this study, validity and reliability of the Social Behavior Inventory (SBI) and the Expectations Test (ET) were assessed in a clinical and a non-clinical sample of Iranian children and adolescents.&nbsp;</span><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13.33px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;" > <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-transform: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; word-spacing: 0px; float: none; display: inline !important; white-space: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;"><strong>Method:</strong> The SBI was translated (into Persian and backward) and face validity of the translated version was determined. Validity and reliability of the SBI and the ET (visual test) were then assessed in regard with cross-cultural characteristics. Study subjects consisted of 54 children and adolescents aged 4&ndash;17 years: 28 of them were consecutive clinical referrals to Child and Adolescents Psychiatric Clinic of Roozbeh Hospital (Tehran University of Medical Sciences), and 26 were consecutive general referrals to Child and Adolescent Dentistry Clinic of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Both instruments had low sensitivity for most scales. However, few scales of the SBI and the ET demonstrated a very good specificity (80 percent and more).
