fa اثر بخشی غیر دارویی رنگ، شدت نور، نوع و بافت مصالح محیط بر مبتلایان به دمانس از نوع آلزهایمر تخصصي Special پژوهشي اصیل Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> در این مطالعه، تاثیرات سه مولفه رنگ، شدت نور، نوع و بافت مصالح<span style="color:black;"> بر </span>مبتلایان به دمانس از نوع آلزهایمر با رویکرد عصب روان&shy;شناختی، بررسی شد. <strong>هدف،</strong> <span style="color:black;">پاسخگویی به نیازهای محیطی مبتلایان به آلزهایمر، کاهش اختلالات شناختی، رفتاری و بهبود عملکرد های روزمره است. </span>&nbsp;<span style="color:black;">بررسی رنگ، شدت نور، نوع و بافت مصالح در یکپارچه سازی یا ادغام تفسیر ها در محیط درمانی بر اساس پیشینه ذهنی و اطلاعات شناختی این بیماران</span><span style="color:black;">،</span><span style="color:black;"> اهمیت </span><span style="color:black;">بسیار دارد</span><span style="color:black;"> <strong>روش</strong></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">:</span></span><span style="color:black;"> تحلیل محتوای کیفی بر مبنای مرور ادبیات پژوهش های مرتبط با متدولوژی مداخله ای و با</span> <span style="color:black;">چک لیست ارزیابی</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">(</span>Down and Black)</span><span style="color:black;"> و واجد شرایط شناخته شده، انجام شده است.&nbsp; </span><strong>یافته ها</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> تحلیل محتوای رنگ و نور هرکدام در 4 طبقه، نوع و بافت مصالح در دو طبقه دسته بندی شده است. <strong>&nbsp;نتایج:</strong> <span style="color:black;">تحلیل یکپارچه بر تاثیر نوع و دمای رنگ، تاثیر نور طبیعی و مصنوعی به عنوان مولفه های غیر دارویی بهبودی بخش، دلالت می کند.</span> بافت مصالح بیش از آنکه بر وضعیت فیزیولوژی مبتلایان تاثیر داشته باشد، نقش مهمی در ادراک مطلوب یا نامطلوب ذهنی و بصری دارد. تاثیر هم افزایی رنگ، شدت نور و بافت مصالح، می تواند ادراک معنایی محیط برای مبتلایان به دمانس و آلزهایمر را افزایش دهد.</span></span></div> <strong>Introduction: </strong>This interdisciplinary article is conducted to investigate the effects of the three (four???) components of color, illumination, type, and texture of environmental materials on people with dementia of Alzheimer&#39;s type with a neuropsychological approach.<br> <strong>Aim<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> The aim of this article is to respond to the environmental needs of these patients to reduce cognitive impairment, behavioral disorders and improve their daily living activities.<br> <strong>Methodology:</strong> is conducted by inductive qualitative content analysis method based on narrative review from 1970 to 2017. Down and Black checklist for quality assessment is used to include interventional research.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> while color and illumination are classified into four categories, type and texture of environmental materials are categorized into two groups. <strong>Conclusion: </strong>cross-case analysis and comparative analysis showed that type, color, temperature, and illumination have non-pharmacological treatment on people with dementia and Alzheimer disease. Also, type and texture of environmental materials have an important role in their desired and / or undesirable mental and visual perception, rather than on their physiological state.
